With $10 billion earmarked for the project, 10 new buildings, and projected use of 75 MW of power plus 500 acre-feet of water each year, it\u2019s no surprise that local conversations are heating up around resources and community impact. By 2027, more than 150 jobs are expected to come online, bringing both opportunities and questions for our rural neighbors. Real estate has always been about more than property lines\u2014it\u2019s about the long-term effects on people and places, just like my grandfather taught me.
